In July 2025, Leith Theatre hosted Irvine Welsh’s PORNO for two sold-out nights of pure chaos. Now it’s coming back to its spiritual hame.

This event is a fundraiser for Leith Theatre.

For one afternoon only, the story returns to Leith and the streets that inspired it. This special performance is a fundraiser for the venue, with all profits going straight back into the campaign to protect and restore this iconic building. 

The WEST END SMASH HIT stage adaptation of the sequel to TRAINSPOTTING returns to Leith Theatre for a one-off performance as a fundraiser for the venue. Set 20 years later, what became of RENTON, SICKBOY, SPUD & BEGBIE? Contains swearing, drug use and language of a sexual nature. As if you'd expect anything else!
